Sunday Service · November 1, 2026 Rev. Apostle Solomon Kwasi Ansah · Series: Witchcraft Manipulations, part 1 Scriptures: Genesis 13:1-18 · Deuteronomy 18:10-13
Why talk about it?
Witchcraft is the lowest level of hierarchy in the realm of the Spirit.
Knowledge is important for diagnosis: we need to pray with understanding.
Behind every bondage and every influence, there is witchcraft.
What is witchcraft?
A system of operation rooted in ancient ancestral altars, which is why it is connected to families.
People who have dedicated their bodies and spirits to Satan to do evil.
Its power comes from evil altars: the ancient altars in a family give witchcraft the power to function.
Its mission: to control, to dominate, to manipulate.
Anything that manipulates you against your will is witchcraft.
The different forms of witchcraft
Diviners: unusual powers that collaborate with ghosts and spirits of death.
Clairvoyants: predict the future and communicate with the dead.
Spiritism: invoking the spirits of the dead.
Magicians: perform magic tricks to entertain people.
Fortune tellers: read palms to tell the future.
Fetishists: use objects they believe have demonic powers.
Occultists: believe in supernatural forces (Eckankar, voodoo).
Mediums: claim to communicate with people’s spirits.
Cannibals: eat human flesh and drink human blood.
Divination: seeking secrets about what tomorrow will be like.
Sorcery: using charms to invoke supernatural powers.
Necromancy: consulting the dead (Leviticus 19).
Soulish witchcraft: operates through the soul realm, the mind and the emotions.
Idolatrous witchcraft: idols, sacrifices and altars to connect with demonic powers.
“Prophetic” or religious witchcraft: counterfeits and imitates the power of God to deceive people.
Familiar or ancestral witchcraft: patterns transferred through the bloodline; initiation can even happen in the womb.
Conscious witchcraft: those who know they are witches or wizards.
Unconscious witchcraft: “blind” witches or wizards.
Blood witchcraft: the same as familiar witchcraft.
If you recognize yourself in any of these, you need deliverance. The devil is after your soul.
How manipulation works
It pushes people to waste their time in wrong positions and wrong relationships; destinies are manipulated.
It leads to wrong decisions and wrong turns (Genesis 12–13).
Ishmael’s birth was the fruit of manipulation.
The anger of Moses was stirred up by manipulation.
How the door is opened
When you consult a spirit for something, you come under that spirit. These spirits and practices open the door for the devil to destroy you: for example Halloween, card reading, mediums, and attempts to contact the dead (necromancy).
